I just tried to add a new tag and it did not work.
Tried with both a fresh profile and a previous 1.5.x profile
side note when more then one tag is selected and the col is shown in the message pane could you wrap seperate tags
ex
Work Important
should ideally be
Work
Important
that way I can set the width of the column to the widest tag name

If you have folders and filters associated with them and opt to delete the folder a warning pops up telling you that the filter will be updated. However, if you go and actually /look/ at the filer afterwards the filter hasn't been changed at all; it points at the (now missing) directory and is still enabled.

No link in popup
I started using 2b1rc1 and I had a question about the popups. In 1.5.x they had a link that you could click to bring up TB. I don't see it in 2 and I can't figure out how to make that link available again. Is there a reason it was removed? Is there a way to get it back?
EDIT: sorry if this got double posted. I forgot to add a subject before I clicked submit the first time

We haven't implemented the ability to click on the alert to bring up thunderbird again. It should get fixed before beta 2 though.

FYI, release candidate 2 (RC2) is now available if folks could start using these new builds:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/ ... dates/rc2/
This picks up the fix that broke Adding Tags.
Thanks!

Scott, I'm seeing serious problems with tags (especially the 5 default tags) in IMAP:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346394
The original bug actually seems to be resolved, but see comments 3-5. Thanks.
