Attempting to access an Oracle page. When click the link (javascript), get the "additional plugins" required banner. Clicking "Install Missing Plugins" returns "no suitable plugins" ... "(unknown plugin application/x-jinit-applet;version=1.3.1.9).

Any ideas how to fix this?

Do you have the Java Runtime Environment installed?
type about:plugins in the URL bar and hit Enter
Do various Java DLL's appear in the list?
