Mozilla opening but not showing on my screen

Hi there

When i click on my Mozilla icon, it shows along the bottom that the window is open but it does not show up on my laptop screen. When I click on the tab at the bottom bar, it appears that the tab shoots to the right and off my screen, which makes me think it's open somewhere off the site of my screen. I have no idea how to remedy this. Can someone help?

can you try the steps given here (that will reset the window position of firefox)

Do you sometimes run another monitor on your laptop?
