is there a shortcut key to disable pop up blocker?

i'm looking for something similar to an internet explorer feature, when you hold down ctrl+alt the pop up blocker doesn't block anything, and when you let go of it it works just fine.

i just sometimes don't want to add websites to the list and i don't like having to go through the options menu to disable the pop up blocker everytime i want something not blocked

Temporarily allows popup windows to be opened while the Caps Lock key or the Insert key is held down.
