Firefox command line opening without address bar etc
Is it possible to open Firefox from the command line giving just a blank window, without address bar and status bar etc?

Not without an extension. But there is an extension which allows that, I just can't remember what it's called.

Autohide can do that: it adds a -fullscreen switch to the Firefox commandline:
