vreemde mededeling

Post by Wontolla65 »

OP has the problem that his iMac G5, running:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; nl; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20070914 Firefox/2.0.0.7

doesn't seem to know how to handle the JavScript protocol.

Fx doesn't know how to open this address because the protocol (javascript) is not associated with any program.

Anyone?

Which page? Maybe a problem with a JS link?
Think for yourself. Otherwise you have to believe what other people tell you.

You can check the prefs on the about:config page:
network.protocol-handler.external.javascript (should be false)

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.proto ... rotocol%29

You can check/change pref(s) on the about:config page.
You can open that page via the url bar like a website.
