automatically handling rar files

Somehow my Firebird settings got changed, so that whenever I click on a link to a .rar file, it gets displayed in the browser like the following:

this happens on every server I try though. And it just started a couple of minutes ago.

And IE works fine on the same sites.

Where can I unselect the "always perform this for files of this type" option?

Anything that displays as plain text in the browser has the wrong MIMEtype. IE does MIMEtype guessing.

Tools -> Options -> Downloads
