Firefox 2.0.0.10 was just released. Any chance we'll see a new build from you soon?

Thanks.

Another update again so soon? Oh well, will get some builds done sometime this week, possibly by Sunday (if other things don't keep me busy).

There seems to be a problem at the upload2.net file hosting site. I am working on another alternative file hosting site ASAP.

Links are back now (hosted at MediaFire). I just hope there won't be anymore problems with these free file hosting sites, this one seems to be ok but you never know what might happen in future.

Firefox 2.0.0.10 builds are ready and available now. Hopefully there won't be any problems with this file hosting site, unlike the previous two I've used.

SeaMonkey 1.1.7 builds to do next, not sure what sort of time they will be available though. Coming soon... (I guess)

Uh oh, Mozilla just released Firefox 2.0.0.11! Seems there was a problem with canvas in the 2.0.0.10 version.

I'll have to wait on this one for a bit, just to make sure there aren't anymore problems cropping up so quickly.
This may well effect the SeaMonkey builds too, so I'll wait on those as well.

Edit: I have just checked the SeaMonkey release notes and it seems they have the fix in place for canvas in 1.1.7
I'll get these SeaMonkey optimised builds out the way first of all. Then I'll look back to check that there aren't any new Firefox versions on their way anytime soon, before I go ahead with 2.0.0.11

Waiting a bit is probably a wise thing to do- unless you want to update your build every other day. ;-)

Thanks for keeping us up to date.

SeaMonkey 1.1.7 builds are available now. The dmg files are being hosted @ MediaFire in a folder and as a fall back (if problems with MediaFire) they will be available from my site.

I'll have a look around for the next few days, see if everything is ok to go ahead with the Firefox 2.0.0.11 builds.

Right, I've just updated my Firefox builds to 2.0.0.11 optimised for G3, G4 7400 and 7450 processors.

P.S. I'm currently working on some more aqua looking widgets, rather than the usual Firefoxy widgets. Not got that far with it at the moment (check boxes and radio buttons are looking better but still have drop-down lists and buttons to do).

Thanks so much for the updated version.

PS. I actually by far prefer the Firefoxy widgets and I hope you'll continue releasing Firefoxy builds.

Firefox and SeaMonkey updates are on my 'to do' list. I'm not entirely sure when they will be available, maybe sometime during the coming week. I'm just a little bit busy with other things at the moment.
Anyway, will see what I can do.

SeaMonkey 1.1.8

Post by RPMozley »

SeaMonkey 1.1.8 builds are available now (from a different file hosting site as there seems to be a problem with MediaFire).
Is like my Valentine's gift for everyone. O:) (well not everyone, just only to those that use my SeaMonkey builds :( )
