"failure to mount"
I had Firefox a year ago or so and while cleaning up my unused applications, I accidentally deleted it. I have recently tried 3-4 times to download it again, and each time it download the app. but "fails to mount" on my mac. any ideas?

Note: If you get a "disk image failed to mount" warning, read this forum topic for a possible solution.

If you can't launch any dmg files you likely have corrupted launch service cache files. You can go here
