'UNDO' my actions at, 'Block Images from http://forums.xxxx

Post by Addie »

Image Hi there Image

Where do I start umm... here goes...

I right 'click' with my mouse, on an image (smiley) at a forum.. web site and then I selected the 'Block Images from http://forums.xxxxx.....' to my surprise all the images , smilies, emotes, and pictures etc... disappeared from the web site Image Image I wound like to UNDO this so I can see all images on this web site. This only happen at that site... It has no effect to the web site itself only to me. Which is a pity cause I can not view the pretty images including their banner Image

I am at lost to correct this problem.

What I need to know is how do I reverse this 'Block Images from http://forums.xxxx' (web site (this is only an example of a web address))

Can anyone be of help?

Thank you.

Tools - Options - Content - Load images automatically - Click the "exceptions" button and delete the site from the list - Highlight - "Remove site" button

To prevent a repeat, I found that the Menu Editor (v1.2.6 of this post) Extension does wonders. You can hide the "Block Images From...." context (rightclick) menu, along with anything else. Lets you re-order them too.

I can help...I had the same problem..I coundnt seem to unblock the images I blocked (my facebook was now just book with no faces!). Make sure when you go to tools its in the same tool bar as the firefox or whatever it was in when you blocked the images..I personally have 3 toolbars and I found out I blocked it in the firefox server but was trying to unblock it in the google tool bar and thats why it wasnt working when i tried to do what others told me! you may have to right click to expand your firefox tool bar to view the area where it says "tools" so that you can unblock the images. Once you click on tools then click options then content then exceptions and then click remove site or just remove them all if your not sure which one it is if there are more than one. That worked for me after several days of suffering and not finding anyone who could help lol.
