Is is normal for the scrollbar to glitch up? I saw this in the nightlys a while ago, but it happens in RC1 now:

There was a very unusual problem with the update system today, will be working again for the next nightly.

urlclassifier3.sqlite is in the profile folder although not when your settings are kept. It's in the part where the cache is kept.

There is a days worth of hourly builds, stored inside the unix-epoch dated directories. That number is the start time of the build, measured in seconds since the start of the unix epoch (circa 1970).

odd its happing on every site and even though its installed the plugin is not listed on about:plugins

What version of Java are you trying to install? Try Java 7 or Java 6 update 10 beta since they should have better compatibility.
