Default FullZoom Level 4.3 (In SandBox)
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6965
This is a extension for firefox3.0, 3.5b4pre, 3.6a1pre.

1.This extension can change Default FullZoom Level.
This extension is useful in the case of a high-definition display.

2.Manual/Automatic Fit To Window Full Zoom.

ie.
A. specific mode = true:

                            domain1:full-zoom   domain2:text-zoom    domain3: full-zoom
change location                ditto             domain3:full-zoom                ditto

B. specific mode =false:

TextZoom enlarge :accel+/
Fullzoom reduce : default(accel+-)
Fullzoom reset : default(accel+0)
Fullzoom enlarge : default(accel++)
Fullzoom Fit to window: accel+shift+?
Where, An accel key may be a crtl key in Windows's keyboard.

[NOTE]
1. I recommend the use of the NoSquint( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592 ) addon instead of this.
2. If you want to Fit To Width like OPERA but not 100% compatible,a Bookmarklet is available here ( http://space.geocities.jp/alice0775/oth ... FitToWidth )

In addition,
The extension confirmed that it functioned only on WindowsXP

Because I do not have the other OS. I can not confirm on the other OS.

However, this may work on the OS except Windows because I do not use the function that is peculiar to the OS.

As for me, English is not a first language.
Please use a simple sentence structure and vocabulary as possible when you reply to me.

Woot, its about time for this feature =).

When I use this addon and a default zoom other than 100%, I still only see 100% zoom when I open a new tab or window. I have to press ctrl+0 every time I open a new window or tab to see my default zoom (which I have set at 150). Is there a way to make the zoom level go to what I have set as default automatically? I'm using Firefox 3 RC1 Portable in Windows XP Professional.

I cannot reproduce the issue.
It may conflict with some other extensions.
And I do not have the Portable.

I had checked the function of this on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008053006 Minefield/3.0pre.

Please confirm whether errors are not displayed on "Error console".
Please try with new profile which installed this extension.

[EDIT:]
I confirmed that If browser.zoom.siteSpecific set to false, the above issue occur.

Ok,

I found a bug and fix.
Fix bug : Default zoom does not work for new tab when browser.zoom.siteSpecific set to false.

If browser.zoom.siteSpecific set to false,
please try Default FullZoom Level version 1.8.

Now that was a fast response! It turns out I had browser.zoom.siteSpecific set to false, as you predicted. Your solution fixed the problem =)

Won't download

Post by moonseye »

I have looked on the addon site to download this addon, but the download icon is white. It tells me that I should upgrade to the latest Firefox. I checked this out and I do have the latest - version 2.0.0.14. This is not the first time this has happened with another addon, but I didn't pursue the last one as I downloaded the previous version, I couldn't with this one. So is there some way I can achieve to download this addon some other way?

This extension is for Firefox3.0, not for Firefox 2.0.
So, You can download this if you upgrade your Firefox to version 3.0 which will be shipped at end of JUN.
Now Firefox 3.0RC2 was released, you can try this with Firefox 3.0RC2 also.

Could u make the fit to page toggle appear in the status bar and a menubar icon? This would be easier for those who do not understand shortcuts.

thanks :)

Because it is not provided with the function of the full zooming in Firefox2, it is difficult to let this extension support Firefox2.
