1.
new tab is done by Ctrl + T
how to i change that configuration to F1?

2.
Is there a Domain Completion Add-on?
i want to setup hot keys for different domains, like Shift + ENTER for http://WWW.XXX.cn...

3.
Boss key Add-on
i want to completely conceal the browser with a hot key.

4.
Is there a hot key or Add-on that closes all tabs expect the one that i am viewing right now?

Thanks ahead :)

Here's a link to the standard Firefox keyboard shortcuts:

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/*Keyboard+shortcuts

Probably too much to learn in a few minutes, but a good link to revisit from time to time to learn some new tricks. The effort you spend to learn even only a few of them will be well rewarded.

Have a look at the Keyconfig extension:

Flick through the thread before you install it though. This is where I first read about it:

No ideas, sorry.

Try Panic Button, an extension in beta development:

Right click on a tab, a handful of context menu options appear. One is "Close other tabs".
I have learned from my mistakes and I am sure I can repeat them exactly.

URL Suffix seems to work in Firefox 3 (but you might need to press the tab key to enter anything) if compatibility checking has been disabled (add a boolean 'extensions.checkCompatibility' through about:config). The 0.3.7 version linked in a Review claims Firefox 3 compatibility.

The same applies to dotCOMplete.

Alternatively there is another extension also named URL Suffix (bug 440965) for which you need to create an account at addons.mozilla.org.

AutoCopy copies marked text (accept its options dialog once to make it actually work). It also seems to support pasting on middle click (as should Firefox alone if you set middlemouse.paste to true in about:config). Note that due to a bug at addons.mozilla.org (it returns compatibility information for {0FED7D55-65D4-47b6-A6DE-9A4ADB55355F} while the case sensitive Extension Manager asks for {0fed7d55-65d4-47b6-a6de-9a4adb55355f}) you need to disable compatibility checking here too.
