I recognize that this extension is only in jest. However, my many years in the fire service, including fifteen as a volunteer fire chief, compel me to point out that arson is an extremely serious crime, and that a "firebug" is an arsonist.

So, this particular `fire animal' is not a funny one to me.

oops! I didn't know that firebug was a real name, I just made fire+bug.

momokatte, thanks for the update :)

You did nothing wrong. Some people just take things way too seriously.

BTW, cool extension. Pointless, but funny. :)

Yeah, you're right. Time to turn things up a notch.

vendor + prefix + suffix = Momozilla Moongoat

I'll release this one soon if there aren't any bugs, and then do a user interface for the next version. :)

Just what I wanted to ask... a UI to just set the entire name and a possibillity to just set a name, non-random.
So, that I could call it "Bad-ass Browser" (or whatever name comes to mind ;)), permanently.

You know people are now writing songs about you and I have even heard talk about a statue or something.
Hollywood just called and wanted to make a movie and since I came up with the original idea - shall we send in the clowns... ehhh sorry the lawyers?

1.0.2 is ready! You, too, can use the amazing new Mozoola Lovezebra browser!

DizzyWeb, in 1.0.2 go to about:config and clear the firesomething.prefixes and firesomething.names lists -- then change firesomething.vendors to "Bad-ass Browser".

UPDATE: 1.0.3 is done, the Help menu is also modified now. Next step is a user interface, I guess, for easy editing of the lists...

Excellent! I have now unleashed the power of Mozilla Waterimpala - be afraid, be very afraid.
Running Mac OS X, Windows XP, and Mandrake 9.2 - on different machines, of course.
