Did you try to clear your cookies? Login problems are often caused by sticky cookies.
Think for yourself. Otherwise you have to believe what other people tell you.

That page has almost one thousand validation errors.
Although most errors are are caused by broken comments and unescaped ampersands, some others might be related to your problem.
Your problem is that the right column is float:right directly inside <body> (thus, it will always float exactly at the right edge of your browser, and where it is depends on browser window size) rather than inside of your container (id="outer-wrapper").
One of your html validation errors is "Line 2039, Column 5: end tag for element "div" which is not open." which might very well mean that you messed up where divs begin, end and which div is inside which div. And that will cause this problem.
Fix those errors, really. Yes, all nine hundred and forty six

This morning i check again my blog tambelan.blogspot.com re-setting Layout Formatting in my Blog, and then "show post" i reduced '3 posts' on the main page. everything Work and Done Well on main pages. so i try increase "4 posts" problem getting back.
