It seems ever since I downloaded the new Firefox I keep getting the error box that says ""A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." Today I got kicked off all the tabs I had opened.
IS this a Firefox-created problem?
Regardless, what does this box mean and how do I make a correction? (Explain as if to a computer illiterate, please. I am one.
Thanks.

I get the same error on a lot of sites that use java script. Don't know how to stop this other than disabling java.
I don't suffer from insanity... I enjoy every minute of it!

This can sometimes be caused by a bad extension.

Sorry, I don't know what this means. If there is a "bad extension," what do I do to correct it?

Don't allow JavaScript to run unfettered in your Firefox installation!
