New Feature? Choosing URL from address list opens a new tab

I am using Build 20021119 and noticed that whenver I choose a URL from the address list, Phoenix opens it in a new tab instead of replacing the current active tab. I like it!

What do you mean "address list"? The drop-down menu that holds your history in the URL bar? Choosing from that opens in the current window for me on that last nightly...

Yes, that's exactly what I mean. If I type in a new URL in the address list and hit ENTER, then the site opens in the current tab. OTOH, if I choose an existing URL from the drop-down list and click it, then the site opens in a new tab. I've never seen it happen before, hence my original question.
