kevin said he won't have time to do one until after 1.0. i don't want to wait, so i'm making one myself, mostly out of parts of winstripe for firefox and pinstripe for thunderbird.

that makes sense :) didn't mean to be rude or anything. i read a post a while back that they had plans to make a port, and i hadn't heard anything about that. when i saw this port i thought they had changed those plans.

excellent stuff nevertheless, i'd love to install your version once you're done with it.

Well, even it's unofficial: I'd like to have it! Looks pretty cool! Did you ask MarkCarson already if he likes to contribute? I'd like to team up in theme-dubbing, too! Probably this can make things for kevin easier...!?!

Cheers,
Chris

after i get some things fixed up a bit more (options dialog is rather unattractive at the moment), and i guess now i'll ask mark if he wants to do any additional mods.

i haven't done a whole lot on it since this post. i'll probably get it a bit better in the next few days and then post a version, and see if mark carson or anyone else would be interested in doing more for it.
