Crashes just trying to run it:

Firefox 3.7a1pre Crash Report [@nsTranscodeJSPrincipals ]

Works in safe mode. Add ons hunting time i guess.

Maybe https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=525481

I've set up several profiles with vacuumed and not vacuumed files as tests and now waiting what will happen. The original places.sqlite it broken for good, in any case. The new places.sqlite is still running fine.

The crashes happen if you have DOMi or FlashGot extension installed (so it does not happen in Safe Mode).
The Regrange is: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/p ... 6ee5081604
=> Bug 525481.

Will be fixed by checkin of Bug 527261, what landed on TM already - waiting for next TM Hourly to verify :)

I have this for a few days but the strange thing is that after surfing for a few hours in safe mode minefield was able to start in normal mode.

Crash in my case was caused by an addon called 'Show My Password.'

On http://comics.com/ it used to be that you could hover near the upper right portion of the area set aside for the comic image and a magnifying glass would appear with the Tooltip "Click to View Full Size". Clicking on the magnifying glass would open a new tab with just the comic image at full size. Now in Fx 3.5.5, Minefield and Namoroka, a new tab opens, but then closes as the Download File dialog opens! It is the same for Minefield with only Java add-ons. FWIW-The comic image is a gif. In both IE8 and Chrome, the new tab opens and the image is displayed in the tab.

Has there been a change in the browsers? Is there a setting that may have changed?

I get the download file dialog too. View Image on the context menu also does this
