I'm using the same version of TMP, but the thing is I've turned off using TMP's own progress meter.

That means your progress meter for tabs should show, but you're saying TMP is still blocking something. Maybe there is an extension conflict with TMP and another of my add-ons?

Guess I'll need to play in a clean profile with Silvermel and the last version of TMP only to see what is going on here. I'll report back.

EDIT - Image

Found what's going on with the tabs. But I dunno where the blame can squarely go (either Mozilla or TMP devs).

Thanks for having a Thunderbird 3.0 compatible theme that is both pretty and functional! :D

Would it be possible to make the header text selectable in Thunderbird? That would involve copying a hunk of CSS from the default messageHeader.css, and produces no visual changes (the cursor remains the default and not the I-beam, for example). The word-wrap bits probably aren't necessary, it's just the -moz-user-* that make it nice.

Hello,

I love Silvermel - I use it as my main Thunderbird theme for quite a while now. It looks great!

I switched to Thunderbird 3 final, and I can't seem to make the Throbber icon appear anymore - if I use the default extension it's there, but not with Silvermel. Actually, if I customize the toolbar I only see the words "Activity Indicator" in the customize box, but not the icon itself.

Is it a bug? Or is my configuration screwed up?

Thank you for all your great work.
Regards,

Knight

@Mook & knight.rider,
thank you very much for reporting. For sure I will fix both issues. Unfortunately I have already uploaded a new version on AMO, the 1.3.1...
I'm planning to release a 1.3.2 at the first week next year addressing both and more issues.

Cheers

I'm sorry, but this extension is written to work with the default theme and other themes heavily based on the default... To make it work with Silvermel will demand an amount of work and time that I don't have at this moment.
Tab extensions can always be a problem under Silvermel because the way I use to skin tabs. There are hundred of extensions like that, practically impossible to me to track all of them. I have already a huge list of extensions that I support, maybe "TooMany Tabs" could substitute that one?

Silvermel is a great theme. Nice work!
I'm using Silvermel 1.3.1 with Thunderbird 3 and a Lightning nightly build. The font of meeting notifications when they're selected is white over a grayish background and is almost impossible to read. Is there a place to specify this font color in an option?

Hi!
I got two problems with those themes. It is not critical, but:

What is happening with scrollbars when displaying svg's?

There is a black rectangle in weather bug plug-in. In usual theme everything was normal.

It is Firefox 3.6b5.

Hi! I'm just having an issue with the URL bar. The font colour is white, and so is the background, making it completely impossible to read it. I tried to see if there was any colour settings, and it wasn't. I experimented around with the theme itself, and when the theme was at the default firefox one, everything was fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem. I really do love this theme and hope that it can be fixed.

@ georgthegreat,
the first issue is probably this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401213

The second one is not really a Silvermel problem. I've written to the author and reported it, I'm waiting for some news from him.

@ ms0307,
I guess some extension is causing this problem. Could you please try to find the culprit disabling your extensions?

I've looked through my extensions, and none of them have caused any issues before. There are a few that are new, but they were added after the issue with the URL bar. Actually, I also noticed the same thing happening with the search bar. Here are my extensions:
1. Chromifox Companion (added today)
2. FastestFox
3. Illimitux
4. Java Quick Starter
5. Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant (disabled, thought it was this that was causing it, it wasn't)
6. Personas
7. Silvermel and Charamel XT (added today)
I have a bunch of plugins, could they be causing it maybe?
Thanks for the prompt reply.
