Post by Jose29 »

I love firefox too much and I doubt that any person that use it will leave it as FireFox is more then addition and much much better then any browsers but I read somewhere about it's future is bit dull compare to Google's Chorme and that so called IE. ](*,) ](*,)

Not a support topic - moving to Firefox General.

To me IE is the browser (if you can call it one) that has been slowly losing grip and dying over the years...

Also Firefox is the second most used on Windows and is the most used on Linux.

At first I was tempted to comment on the idiocy of "irresistible Chrome" and then I read the entire article and realized the whole thing was idiocy. Everything from "long-overdue Firefox 3.6" to "they are admitting that can no longer deliver tested and fully baked Firefox releases in a timely fashion" screams of an ill-informed opinion blog that was based on reading other ill-informed opinion blogs. Yawn. Hyperbole for the sake of hyperbole. If you want to REALLY laugh, read "All About Google Buzz" and then ask yourself why Firefox is doomed if they make "one poor design decision" but Google "continues its relentless rise to prominence and fame" after the major faux paux that was the release of Buzz.

Note that some of the opinions and indeed the title of that blog parrot the opinions of Why Firefox is Doomed from this thread:

Be sure to read Zoolcar9's post on the 3rd page.
