This build is the fastest browser on OSX.
Check out these additions to make it look a little better
Slightly Better themes..
safari style tabs

Does anyone know how to remap key bindings in Firefox to change what cycles through tabs?

If you think Firefox's widgets are ugly, try Firefoxy.

By the way, can anyone comment on how similar a CPU you have to have in order for the 7450 optimizations to make a difference? For instance, my iBook has a 7455; that seems close enough that it shouldn't matter, but I was just wondering.

@amake.
I dont know for sure, but I think my optimization for PPC 7450 is good for the following PPC chips: :)
7440, 7441, 7445, 7447A, 7450, 7455 and 7457.

Powerbook,

Very very nice. I am running it on my 2004 MDD PowerMac G4 and it does seem to be faster.

Post by wilton »

Hi, this runs great on my iBook G4 933.

If we get crashes using this build of firefox, and report them using talkback, will it help the normal Firefox build ?
