It's ultimately preferrable to having multiple download dialogues.
Other than that, kudos to the Phoenix team for the great browser.

Um, perhaps my Phoenix 0.4 isn't the most current, but in MY Preferences, there is no downloads option. There is only General, Fonts + Colors, Themes + Extensions, Privacy, Connection, Advanced (and downloads isn't under Advanced either). Perhaps you're thinking about Mozilla and not Phoenix.

It's not like they're waiting for a new release then throwing every new feature in in just one night. Nightly builds are for testing newly implemented features, then when the code stabilizes a bit, a new release is built.
