Several people have asked for updates to ForecastFox. Unfortunately recent versions are all closed source. The newest open source version is 0.9.6 and I already have Forecastbar Enhanced 0.9.6-mod on my website.

hako2 requested ShowIP.

According to their entry at addons.mozilla.org the latest version is compatible with SeaMonkey2.0.

The latest version 0.8.19 shows up in the statusbar and appears to work.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addons/versions/590
Works with:

* SeaMonkey: 1.0 – 2.0.*

- add two translations
- fix seamonkey support
- 0.8.18: fix preferences dialog

Phil, care to comment here or here (SeaMonkey 2.1: Extension Incompatibility) as to what might be needed to get an incompatible extension working on the Trunk?

(Maybe even moving the thread to Extension Developement if more appropriate.)

Seamonkey is great, there are only two parts I am missing: a close button on each tab (Tab X, Tab Mix Plus) and TinyURL Generator 2.0. I finally found TinyURL Creator, but it lacks the main function I want, to make a selected link tiny when using the right-click context menu. Any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Nm about the TinyURL thing, just found the option in the menu... :oops: #-o So I guess now all I want is a close button on each tab. :D

SeaMonkey 2.1 will use the Firefox bookmarks system, but with our own unique UI of course. In practice this means that a whole bunch of Firefox bookmark extensions will suddenly become much easier to port to SeaMonkey.

Ah, well, guess I'll have to wait for that cherry on top, to finish off my SeaMonkey Sundae. :D Thanks for the heads up and speedy replies!

I only saw one comment on this and no response to it so...personas would be a really nice feature. Other than that, I've had NO problems with SeaMonkey at all! I keep waffling between that and FireFox for now, but am turning to SeaMonkey more and more and I think very soon that it will only be SeaMonkey for me :D

Perfect! SeaMonkey is a really nice browser, a few things I had on Firefox, I'll have to wait for here and that's fine, but it's just so...boring! A big reason I went with Firefox was the customization abilities and the personas were icing on the cake. I miss them so can't wait for this!

"System Video" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/83149/)
Possible, it will help to solve H.264 in HTML5 problem.
