Actually it's when i select open in new tab. I DON'T want it to go straight to new tab.
How can i stop it doing this ?

about:config -> browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground -> true

Got it. Tools>Options>Tabs>Untick "When I open new tab, switch to it immediately"
Trolly, new offence, but couldn't fathom out what you'd suggested.
BUT it did give me a clue (one that I should have sussed myself !)

This issue can also be caused by the GoodSearch Toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Non taken.
It simply means to type "about:config" (without the quotes) in the address bar, then search for the name and set it to true.
Think for yourself. Otherwise you have to believe what other people tell you.
