You can find an indexed db playground at http://tinyurl.com/ff-idxdb. It has examples for the APIs. Wrote it since I could not find documentation elsewhere. Hope it helps.

In the Bug Fix section I would add "Proxy bugs". Many proxy-related bugs have been closed during trunk development, some of them (475053 - 500983 - 521467 - 542318) quite famous. :D

Hardly comparable to what is planned for Firefox:

Are there mock-ups for the UI which appears when clicking "Show all downloads"?

IIRC the "show all downloads" was basically just more in-content UI. Which is basically what I posted. I definitely weren't expecting the toolbar button for 4.0.

Yeah, I was thinking about the button which is indeed quite novel.

Added the Proxy fixes mention. Also added more links and the new buffered attribute.

Although separate content processes aren't making it, OOPP on Mac is (the 3.6.4 OOPP was only for Linux and Windows).

One more for you here is the use of SVG in image tags - not yet ready to be landed but it looks good to make it to the final release.
Cheers!
