no autoscroll for OSX?

I'm using a G4 with 10.2.8 .. I went to the extension room and found autoscroll ( http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/autoscroll ).. but it doesn't seem to work for me. Is this because I have only one mouse button? IE lets me ctrl-click-drag to autoscroll.

Is there no way to get this working on my mac? I can find nothing in the Preferences... panels. The only thing I see that's even remotely close is Advanced -> Mouse Wheel.. But I can't get it to do anything (probably because I have no mouse wheel)..

Help?

FWIW, I got nowhere by clicking on "install...", so I downloaded the .xpi file and dropped it onto the Moz window. A popup appeared asking to validate the extension, and then it affirmed that the installation went well, and told me to quit. I did, restarted.

Nothing.
