What's New For Testing

The Official 2004-08-14 Branch builds are out
Win32 Setup, Win32 Zip, Mac and Linux.

The Official 2004-08-14 Trunk builds are out
Win32 Setup, Win32 Zip, Mac.

The previous official build was 2004-08-13 branch || 2004-08-13 trunk

->2004-08-13
These are changes between 2004-08-13 and Now
Both fixes for MailNews and Thunderbird are included

If you find problems/bugs:
  1. Post them in this thread
  2. Properly describe the problem
  3. Include the url where you have the problem (if this is the case)
  4. Include the "about mozilla thunderbird" information (under the help button)
  5. Installer build or .zip version?
  6. Did you completely erase the Thunderbird directory first?
  7. Does a new profile fix the problem?
  8. Include the list of extensions you have installed (preferably none to start with)
This makes it a lot easier for others to duplicate your problem.

Same comments than in the previous build ( see http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=113510 ) with respect to the problem when forwarding HTML messages inline: thunderbird doesn't automaticly include the header and keeps the original HTML format for text what complicates a little bit to add new text with own text style instead of original forwarded message's style......

Maybe it would be a possibility to restore the "Clear" button beside the quick filter ?

Thank you very much in advance,

In 0.7.3 the forwarding ( 'inline' ) feature works fine .... Why doesn't it work now ?
