Sending messages
Installed Thuderbird on my iMAC. I have been trying to straighten this out for a day now: I can receive messages but when I send a message I get a response that tells me "unable to connect to SMTP server." I have copied all the settings EXACTLY as they are presently being utlized in Eurdora and/or i.Mail and they work perfectly. Is there something I am not doing correctly? [I also installed it on my PC lap top and it works perfectly there!]

Also, if your ISP uses an IMail server, <a href="http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=129317">this</a> may be affecting you - I'm not sure how it applies to the SMTP side of things...
