Not really, I'll add it

Just one question, is this a Linux-only problem ?

No, comment 1 has it happening on a Windows box.

I currently use Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041112 Firefox/1.0
and Firefox is telling me I should upgrade the FF1.0.
The same happens when I use the 20041107 build.
Anyone else seeing this ?

I haven't seen it personally, but when my roommate ran 1.0 on his Mac he was asked to update. He clicked "okay" and it told him that updates had been found, but the list was empty. It also froze his computer, but I think that was just ancient hardware.

Why aren't there actual bugs filed for these?

There are some, but there is little point to use them because they simply don't cover the whole story.
We could file a bug for it, but I see no need in putting pressure on the guy who needs to check it in.
Just be patient , be assured I'll announce it in bold if we get new (FF1.0) parts back on trunk ;-)

The DM's there to be seen, though the actual save dialogue is still old style.

What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

I've sent in three talkbacks earlier today and though they were sent successfully they haven't shown up on talkback-public after several hours. Does anyone know what's going on?
