Bookmarks Manager

Say I have a bunch of bookmarks with the keyword “design” attached how would I rename the keyword attached to them too “design002” in one operation? Obviously It takes too much time to do them one by one, I have hundreds of bookmarks. Basically I want gmails folderless & filtering functionality in a bookmarks manager.
