Optimised for Pentium 4, Athlon XP, newer Durons, Pentium M and Celeron 1.7GHz+ with SSE (-O1 -G7 -arch:SSE):
http://earth.prohosting.com/shaunweb/Mo ... G7-SSE.zip (6.25MB - zip)
http://earth.prohosting.com/shaunweb/Mo ... G7-SSE.exe (4.69MB - 7z sfx)
or a slower mirror, if the above one refuses to work:
http://shaunhill.is-a-geek.net/Mozilla. ... G7-SSE.zip (6.25MB - zip)
http://shaunhill.is-a-geek.net/Mozilla. ... G7-SSE.exe (4.69MB - 7z sfx)
The above build will work on systems that support the SSE instruction set ONLY.

It's ironic to download Firebird using a site that only works using IE

But thanks for the build!

hey, chocoba, do not include the folders res/samples and res/throbber . they are not included in the official builds and are not neccessary by any means.

Nice build.
After having used the official ones for a week or so the speed is noticable.

Yeah, it kinda sucks when you try to use a download manager and get an HTML file, but I suppose that's what you get with free hosting (at least the kind that doesn't have a max file size of 1MB or *shudder* 250kb)

I actually clicked it, and nothing happened. If it works for others, I can only cheer about that.

The build works very nicely btw, many thanks!

[edit]I tried it again, and after the new link appears in a new tab, I can click on that link what I want, without any download starting...Must be me then[/edit]

Fixed: 173277 - missing horizontal scrollbars on some pages with table layouts. Check out FB Build Blogs: http://www.squarefree.com/burningedge/
I'm renaming 'Internet Explorer' to 'Windows Updater'.

the .exe file is a .7z auto extracting archive, if that was your question... not a full installer...
