Dear friends, please help, because I can't find solution to this awkward issue.

I don't see images in wikipedia and wikipedia family portals, although just yesterday it was alright, and then suddenly (yes, I didn't do anything, no change of settings, etc) images disappeared. First I thought this is because firefox doesn't understand images src of which starts with a new line, like it is in wikipedia, but my friend on windows with firefox 1.0.3 sees images with no problem. I checked whether it is adblock blocking images, but no. Also I checked WebDev toolbar if it has "disable images" on -- no. Then I updated from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4, and again no. I'm using slackware linux and firefox with 1.0.4, with WebDev toolbar and adblock. If you have any ideas?

Wikipedia images are located on different server than the one used to serve articles (so the images are not located on the "originating web site": for example, in English Wikipedia, articles are served from http://en.wikipedia.org/ , but images are on http://upload.wikimedia.org/ ), so check if you have denied sites to load images from non-originating sites (In Firefox version 1.0.6, you should go to Tools > Options > Web Features. From there, check "Load images", but UNCHECK "for the originating web site only"). Hope this helps.
