Hi,
Thunderbird 1.0.6 has been released.
To get it http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/mozilla.org/t ... ses/1.0.6/
Release notes http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunder ... notes.html
Enjoy.
I am using my copy.
Micro$oft Insecure Exploiter is bad. It has many security issues, plus the ActiveX technology causes unauthorised software installations and spreading of worms. And it is so old. And is obsloete.

this is really a re-spin of 1.0.5. to fix an API change that broke enigmail users in 1.0.5.

For German Version of 1.0.6 take a look here http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/ ... /de-DE.xpi

DE-XPI for 1.0.2 works also fine with 1.0.6 ;)
Firefox: Version 2.0 // Thunderbird: Version 2.0

"To avoid crashes or other problems, do not install a new version using the installer into the same folder as an older zipped installation."

Does this apply to 1.0.5 which I have just install and configured?
