If you download the jar it's easy to edit the install.rdf to work with 2.0. Just change the Firefox maxversion to 3.0a1. Most everything works except the Themes/Extensions window.

Because it is a lot of work (to be a genius ), but it is not always appreciated.
Especially the author of Charamel is a great genius.
The theme is not just beautiful, it also introduced a number of new ways of doing UI design.
(like instead of doing the 'tree' and 'boxes' as 'inset' boxes, to have them as a separate 'piece of paper' with its own shadow, so that it appear to be above the rest, instead of sunken into it.

he might still be doing it sometime...i think for now it's a way to rid of the
"omgz when will you make a FF 2.0 version?" requests
and yea, it's by very far the best theme i've ever seen on Firefox
alternatively someone familiar with themeing could always make a port to 2.0
i think it would require a minimum of actual newly designed elements and mainly
require adjusting, copy/pasting
however i don't like that approach, as i'm sure, in the sense of the creator an
update should also contain changes to the design of the theme; plus you have to
be good at doing it or be the one himself to keep the overview of the concept
aswell as maintaining the subtlety
so chances to screw up are too high to have anyone else update it
