Did you try a complete clean install, including removal of your profile? I do that every time I install a new build (admittedly it's a bit of annoyance with extensions, but nothing unmanagable), and I've never had this issue with the search bar some people complain of... I'd try it, if you haven't.

I made the mistake of installing pretty much everything I use before noticing this, but in this build folders in the BTF show up with site icons for me. If you click on them, they act like real menus, though, and the icon changes to the folder icon while the menu is active. Anyone else get this? UA string below:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031109 Firebird/0.7+

[edit]After a new theme install (previously had nothing but the default installed and used) and restart to get it showing completely, the folders in the BTF are now showing correctly. I'm befuddled here...[/edit]

The search bar works fine, but pressing Alt+Enter in the search bar does not open a new tab for the search. Anyone else with this problem?
