Prints first page only

I am running Firefox 1.5.0.1 and this problem just started yesterday. When I try to print the first page comes out fine, the second page is blank except for the header and footer and any subsequent pages are ignored. Even Print Preview shows that way, regardless of the length of the document. The only extensions that I am running are IE View and Customize Google. I'm not aware of anything new that would cause this. IE works fine for the same prints. I have reinstalled Mozilla over the old version but did not remove it first. Do I have to start from scratch? Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem with a number of Web sites, both internal and public.
To test, I have three different machines, none of which have ever had FireFox on them. I've installed version 1.07 on one of them, 1.5 on the second, and 1.5.0.1 on the third. I have installed no extensions, themes, etc. These machines are running Windows XP SP2, and I've confirmed the problem under similar consitions on Windows 2000 SP4. The pages in question print fine from FireFox 1.0x and varied versions of MSIE. The printing problem appears in FireFox 1.5, and isn't resolved in 1.5.0.1.

Hi, I have the same problem as Mikemore. Also noteworthy is that the first page that does print almost runs off the bottom of the page. In print preview, the content also runs off the page, and it only lists one page at the top where you can view page X of Y. I checked all the settings regarding margins and page size, and everything is set properly. Also, when I use the dropdown menu to get to the print dialog box (File-->Print...), and look at the "Print Range" (three options, "All," "Pages from: ___ to: ___" or "Selection") it only lists "from: 1 to: 1" and I KNOW there should be more. If I try highlighting stuff to print and then opt for "Selection" in the dialog box, I get what seems to be the proper number of pages, but they are blank except for the headers and footers. WHAT THE HECK?! Additionally, I experience the same thing from both of my computers running FF, and when I print to both printers (one's an HP Officejet v40xiand the other's an ancient HP LaserJet IIIp
Here's the info from my About screen: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 Like Mikemore, I too have the IE View 1.2.7 extension... Maybe that's the problem, since I have not always had this print issue.... but the problem is occuring from within FF, not IE view. The only other extensions I have are Talkback 1.5.0.1 and Image Zoom 0.2.3. I am NOT a developer and am NOT familiar with code/patches/othersufflikethis, so I hope anyone who can help will speak plain English and suggest doing something I can actually do

It looks like many of us are experiencing this problem but no one has an answer. Where do we go for actual help? Without answers, the forum is just a waste of time. Does anyone monitor this place and try to find solutions to the problems? Or is this merely a gripe zone? I'm about ready to quit using Firefox over this, as it is quite tedious to have to always switch to a diferent browser whenever I want to print a web page in its entirety.

You may want to post in the bugs section: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=9
People there should be able to tell you if it is a known bug or help you in filing a bug. Otherwise you can search through bugzilla here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ "It burns like hygiene!"

Also, make sure you are using the latest available printer drivers.
