Search Engine Wizard Download Here

- Creator : Milx

- Home Page : Firefox Add-ons

- For more information : Search Engine Wizard

- for Firefox 1.5 - 1.6

-Introduction :
Mycroft seems to jam up with requests.
What can you do?

This is an extension that helps you to add search engines.

Open the search webpage, righ-click on the input field of keywords, and click "Add Search-plugin" .
All you have to do is click and click.

Example:
To add Anagram to the search box ... Go to http://www.wordsmith.org/anagram/, right click on the box entitled "Find anagrams for", click on "Add Search-plugin". Hit "Next" and then "Finish". Retart Firefox. "Anagram" now appears in your search box

please reports bugs and gives me some opnions
thank you

Could you please tell us what the difference is between your extension and Search Engine Ordering? I don't know what pointing us to a Taiwanese version of Yahoo! Dictionary has to do with anything. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not here to bash your extension. It is a very handy function, but if another extension already does this, many use it, and you don't explain what the difference is, getting ignorant, negative reviews is your fault. Please enlighten us.

Search Engine Ordering can't save non-ACSII code words in file right now.
'Yahoo!奇摩字典' will be convert to 'Yahoo!????'.
That's no big deal for person like you, but it's a big problem for me and other people using diferent charsets.

Oh Thanks.
Even the greatest fool can accomplish a task if it were after his or her heart. But the intelligent ones are those who can convert every work into one that suits their taste.

Take a search page like this one <a href="http://victoria.lconz.ac.nz/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PAGE=hbSearch">here</a>. Will the Search Engine Wizard be able to create different searches for each of the possible types of searching (the column on the right)? Can Search Engine Ordering do it?

Cheers,
We will prevail, in peace and freedom from fear, and in true health, through the purity and essence of our natural...fluids.

you can choise one of them before you create search plugins, but the comeout just works for a while.
becuase of
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME=PID VALUE="2002">
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME=SEQ VALUE="20060316133955">
maybe you must know HTML to understand them
