Been having a bit of a problem getting Shockwave installed but with the help of one of the users I was able to get it installed on one of my systems (running Win ME). But with the other system, running XP, I'm getting the following error when running the Shockwave installer, We have detected that you have one or more browsers running. Please close them before clicking "ok". Naturally I've shut everything down and I've even tried to run the installer after a reboot. I've applied the registry patch and I'm using 0.7. Any help is appreciated.

Have you down a ctrl+alt+del to see if any Fb process is still running?

Yes I have, no Fb running. I was able to install while in safe boot but Shockwave did not work as intended. After many deletes and re-"installs" of Firebird itself I figured out that the profiles were not being erased, because they are kept in a different folder naturally, so I erased them last night and started from scratch but that didn't fix it either. I can tell you that right before I get the "One or more ..." message I get to see this ...

I don't know if it means anything or not. Oh I should add that there's only one "user" on this system (admin) and that I can't find the folder "sw".

Thanx for your interest.
