Mine is light blue.. Perhaps you'll likw to look into this code (not sure which one answers your need):

Code: Select all
/*===============================================*/
/* Office XP style Menus*/
/*===============================================*/
menupopup, popup {
   border: 1px solid ThreeDShadow !important;
   border-color: #666666 !important;
   -moz-border-left-colors: ThreeDShadow !important;
   -moz-border-top-colors: ThreeDShadow !important;
   -moz-border-right-colors: ThreeDShadow !important;
   -moz-border-bottom-colors: ThreeDShadow !important;
   padding: 1px !important;
   background-color: #F9F8F7 !important;
   background-image:  url(menuback.gif) !important;
   background-repeat: repeat-y !important;
}

menupopup > menu,popup > menu, menuitem {
   border: 1px solid transparent !important;
}

menubar > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
menupopup > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
menupopup > menuitem[_moz-menuactive="true"],
popup > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
menuitem[_moz-menuactive="true"] {
   border: 1px solid #0A246A !important;
   background-color : #B6BDD2 !important;
   color: black !important;
}

menubar > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"][open="true"]{
  border: 1px solid #666666 !important;
  background-color : #DBD8D1 !important;
  border-bottom-color: #DBD8D1 !important;
}

menuitem[disabled="true"][_moz-menuactive="true"] {
   border: 1px solid transparent !important;
   background: transparent !important;
   color: GrayText !important;
}

menuseparator {
  margin-left: 20px !important;
  margin-right: 0px !important;
}
/*===============================================*/

heiji1412, don't worry. I'll be adding (70%) complete Office XP sub-skin to the Phoenity theme soon (next release). So, be patient. :-)

Taken from my Office XP Menus.

Code: Select all
/* Enabled Menus on mouseover */
menubar > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
menupopup > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
popup > menu[_moz-menuactive="true"],
menuitem[_moz-menuactive="true"] {
color: MenuText !important;
background-color: #B6BDD2 !important; /* Highlight background colour */
border: 1px solid #0A246A !important; /* Highlight border colour */
}

This line in the above code controls the colour, so you can set that to any value you want.

You'll need a way of finding the hex or rgb values for the colour you want, or choose from a list of predefines CSS colours:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-css3-color-20010305

Code: Select all
background-color: #B6BDD2 !important; /* Highlight background colour */
