I got the same trying to update to todays build, then the partial failed to apply and got the same message when the full update was downloaded though it seems to have installed fine.

It is a false positive by the anti-virus software... every once in a while this happens with the NSIS installer / uninstaller, 7-Zip, and other files and is usually cleared up by the next update of the virus definitions. Please let the anti-virus vendor know about it.

I added a <!ENTITY editRewrapCmd.key "L"> and the composer is working.
(Change nl to en-US for the original language)
