Ebay Issue with update, where can I find previous version

Post by zyjk »

Hi,

I really like Firefox, IMO it is superior to all browsers.

Unfortunately I did not turn off the auto update and the update yesterday is now causing me problems with ebay.

When I click links the browser asks me if I want to download ebayisapi.dll.

Ebay works fine with Ie*plorer.

I want to revert back to the previous version of firefox, please can someone tell me where to find it as I am unable to locate it.

Thanks

yea thanks, unfortunately that did not solve the problem, it must be something wrong with the Ebay site.

I hope they fix the site soon, I hate using ie*plorer.

Hence why you should not jump to conclusion that it must be the new minor release.

There are threads about this such as this old one I found thanks to Google search of this forum. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=221837

Thanks for the link James.

To conclude this thread, I do run Zone Alarm Pro.

In ZA Pro I disabled privacy for Firefox in the Program Control/Programs section.

Ebay works fine.
