McAfee installed ActiveX addon; doesn't show up in Addons

I have McAfee Antivirus installed. It asked me to update the software, the process requiring an ActiveX plugin to be installed as I've Firefox as my default browser. Afterwards, i can't find the plugin in Addons. Is that correct behavior?

Yes as it's a plugin not an Addon
type about:plugins
in your address bar and hit enter that will give you a list of your installed plugins
