My custom builds are compiled with Visual C++ 7.1 (.NET 2003) Enterprise Architect using some compiler optimizations. The script is run automatically daily at 615am Central for branch and at 11am Central for trunk. Branch builds generally finish uploading before 10am Central and trunk builds before 3pm Central.
Thanks pryan for hosting these!
The CRC32 library was updated from the latest zlib (1.2.1).
I use Lim Chee Aun's Firebird icon for the executable, his Mozilla icon for documents, and a bunch of window icons. I also restored the old official artwork into the build to replace the new globe graphics.
The browser is now known as Firehawk, but can be used like any other distribution.
Modern skin and Help are completely removed.
0.8+ Aviary Branch builds (Monday-Saturday by 10am):
A list of customizations that I default into my builds (your user.js will override these).
The registry patch file for non-installer builds for first time Firefox users. Just remember to edit it to change the path to where you unpacked FireFox. If you are unpacking this build into an older Firefox folder, you should not need the patch.
My latest build log. It is updated throughout the build process to give you an idea of the progress made by my script. It will also give you some idea of how long the build/upload processes take. All builds are compiled on an Athlon XP Barton 2.2 GHz running Windows XP Service Pack 1a, 1GB of 175 MHz dual-channel DDR-SDRAM. My Internet connection is 3000/384 kbps.
I renamed them because they are 0.8 releases so the date is 02/09 even though they will show 02/10 in the about box. I will repackage them as self-extractors in a second, but I won't switch to 7-zip, sorry.

Could you please elaborate?
I've repackaged the archives. They're as they've always been now. Not sure what happened...
According to the Microsoft notes, the /GA switch should only be used for EXE files, Microsoft writes that if used for DLL files it could produce invalid code.
Thanks very much for these O2 builds. For some weeks the trunk has been faster than the branch, but this branch build is very fast - so your optimizations are working well. If you're planning to make trunk builds also, they ought to be really good. I'm using the O2 G6 vers.
I am having a bunch of problems with this source, as in no Java or Flash (XML error after installing Flash), and some pretty big files in the main folder. I am also getting the JPG problem at last. I had never had any of those issues with my trunk builds prior to the 0.8 release, so I have initiated a trunk build on my home computer. At least one should be finished by the time I get home so I will be able to try out the trunk. If all works well I will upload the self-extracting RARs and let you know.
