Anyone else seeing /tmp/tmprules{,-*}.dat files created on each POP mail fetch, guessing it's related to filter rules processing ?

sajd,
Which build, trunk branch...
and what filters are you using.

Whenever I update to the next nightly, the progress shows:

"Thunderbird is installing an update and will start in a few"

It used to say a few moments. Fx nightly does not do this.

I'm not using Vista, and the Firefox/Minefield update doesn't get cut off. Either the dialog is differently sized for Thunderbird, or the text is missing. I'll update tomorrow using WinXP Luna theme and see if it gets cutoff then.

Thanks for pointing those out to me, mkmelin. :D

Edit:
I just did a Firefox/Minefield update (and surprise, another Tb update). The Minefield update had the full text, the Tb update did not.

You may be right. I use the default WinXP theme during update today, and the dialog was correct. Weird that Firefox is ok not using the default Windows theme.

Thanks again.
