The display of this page is not correct. The sub-menu of the menu is located in the wrong spot. Worked in 0322 build, broken in 0323 nightly.

Ok, it seems to have the same regression range as bug bug 375003, so it might be the same bug. I was confused by the regression range you gave, which is different from the reported bug.
