Current "Gotchas" for Trunk Testers

Since 2007-08-13 You will need to "select" an app to call a link.
This is stored in mimeTypes.rdf but is not editable in the TB UI [/color]
Workaround: Don't save the selection, or backup your mimetypes.rdf.[/b]

Thinking of trying a trunk build. Is there any one date which is more stable or better in any way than others?

Generally, they are very usable builds. If there is a show-stopper I try to make that clear in this thread.
However, I would reccomend that you not rely on nightly builds for important content. You can do this by using a profile dedicated to the test build, or backing up your profile for safe-keeping.

Do you consider this one a "show stopper"?

I would think that if it crashes when sending mail, you'd make it MUCH more clear just how important this is. Or am I reading it wrong?

I guess thats not at all clear. The bug is still open, but is masked by another checkin which by-passed
the crash. It's still there because it was never really fixed and has the potential to cause crashes.

Would it help if I posted a go/no go flag ?

Right now I'm running the current trunk with no problems.

Can trunk and branch use the same profile interchangeably?
