dropdown hidden behind flash

Hi , my website displays perfectly in IE . But when played in firefox , the dropdown on the home page hides behind the flash on that page .

can u please instruct me on the same .
Also , I have a problem with some text content blinking on the home page . Its stable in IE .

You need to use the WMODE parameter to allow layering of Flash content with DHTML layers. This is reportedly supported by Firefox. It requires at least Flash v6.0.65/67.
