the reason i dont think jit crome will be enabled is its to unstable with it and breaks to many extensions

It's unstable because it's still in development, and extensions breaking is something that is to be expected. Look how many extensions broke for Firefox 3, that didn't prevent them from releasing it... and that's the way to go. It would be stupid for extensions to hinder the development of Firefox. Moreover, waiting longer to release JIT wouldn't solve the extension breakage issue. It just has to break at some point.

BTW, i it just me, or is it impossible to do ctrl+d&d on tabs to duplicate them in the current minefield? Nothing happens at all here.

Doesn't ctrl+d bookmark? Has ctrl+d ever made a duplicate tab and if so how did you configure Firefox to do it? Extension?

Actually it is not as stupid as it sounds. If you look through forums and not just here there are enough users stating they will not move to the latest version of Fx because an extension or theme does not work let alone the "Awesome Bar". Well I may not agree with users that do not update because it breaks extensions or themes they are using it is not stupid to mention it.

Sure, there are always people who will complain... but the point was that breaking extensions isn't something that scares Mozilla. And rightfully so.

If you meant my question i meant ctrl + Drag & Drop. Take one tab and drop in beside it while holding ctrl. It used to duplicate the tab (it does in my ff 3.0.1). EDIT: 2008-08-27-02 Works 2008-08-28-02 Broken

I did not even know this way of duplicating tab, but I tested and it works for me in current build.. Nice to know!
