Unable to Log In
I log in. The site tells me I successfully logged in.
I then try to post but the site tells me I need to log in first.
I don't get it.

Re: Unable to Log In
Now I can't even get to starting a post. Every time I log in, and the site tells me I successfully logged in,
after I click 'New Topic' I go right back to the log in screen.
Is it my breath??

Ok, In get it.
Apparently, there is no support for this forum either.
I'll use another free email client.
This is getting really annoying!!!! I could use another phrase but...

You gave that just over an hour for a response? More correct to say there is no paid support here and those that volunteer here have other things in their lives so it may take a while for someone to see and respond to your query.
What you experienced is fallout from the introduction of https: access under the current phpBB software version. Closing out the browser, then clearing data relating to the site from the cache and any cookies can be helpful.

Yes, I was getting frustrated, sorry.
I cleaned cookies and cache and all I could from Edge and it did no good.

Re: Unable to Log In
Did you log out and log in, selecting “Keep me logged in “?

If you are using https:// try using the http://forums.mozillazine.org/ instead.

Re: Unable to Log In
It was only http:// since forever until December when the OSU Admin decided to do forum stuff like add https:// in which from that point on people had issues with logging in or staying logged in. It tends to be much better if you use http://

Re: Unable to Log In
FYI: Checking to stay logged in does not work. It logged me out anyway and then refused to let me log back in with good credentials. The system needs help.
